Murielle
keeps the
place running.
Office manager and operations generalist. I build the systems, routines and quiet rituals that make a workplace feel calm, well-supplied and ready for anything.

What lands on my desk.
Everything that keeps a workplace humming — and a few things you didn’t know needed doing.
- №01
Office operations
Daily running of the workplace: facilities, supplies, mail, maintenance, vendors and the hundred small things nobody notices until they break.
- №02
Executive & team support
Calendar management, travel, meeting prep and follow-through for leaders and teams who need their time protected.
- №03
Onboarding & people ops
First-day kits, equipment, accounts, orientation and the paperwork behind it — so new hires feel expected, not processed.
- №04
Vendors & budgets
Sourcing, negotiating and reconciling contracts and invoices. Tracking spend against budget and finding savings without cutting corners.
- №05
Events & meetings
Offsites, all-hands, client visits and celebrations — planned to the minute, run calmly on the day.
- №06
Systems & documentation
Filing, shared drives, SOPs and checklists. If it happens more than twice, it gets a process and a home.
Proof, on paper.

Two floors, one weekend
Moved a 40-person team into a new headquarters between Friday 6pm and Monday 9am — with every desk, monitor and plant exactly where it belonged.

Day one, redesigned
Rebuilt onboarding from a scattered set of emails into a single, warm, repeatable programme — ready the Friday before every start date.

Thirty-one vendors to twelve
Audited every supplier contract, cut duplicated services, renegotiated the rest and built a renewal calendar so nothing auto-renews unnoticed again.
