Vendor consolidation2024Role: Analyst & negotiator
Thirty-one vendors to twelve
Audited every supplier contract, cut duplicated services, renegotiated the rest and built a renewal calendar so nothing auto-renews unnoticed again.

Completed
The brief
Office spend had grown quietly for years. Nobody could say how many cleaning, coffee or print contracts we had — or when they renewed.
What I did
- Pulled twelve months of invoices into one spreadsheet and matched each to a contract.
- Grouped overlapping services and asked the best three suppliers in each category to re-quote.
- Negotiated multi-year terms in exchange for volume, with clear service levels.
- Filed every contract in one shared archive, with renewal dates in a team calendar 90 days ahead.
The outcome
Twelve vendors, one archive, 23% lower annual spend — and a red index tab on every binder that needs attention next quarter.
